A couple of things I have learned this Marking period in journalism is..

The CPJ (Committee to protect Journalists).
We have learned about some sad stories about some journalists that have died for doing their jobs.
Some important people are Daniel Pearl, Daniel Pearl was in Pakistan doing a story, but he got kidnapped. His wife along with a lot of people were trying to find him. But it was too late, the kidnappers decapitated him.
