I think that you can where your hat when you are walking in the hallways, when your are in your class you have to take it off because you want to respect your teacher.

I think it should start at a later time because you need all the time you have to sleep before a full day of learning.

Its the 12th annual Free Comic Book day, this will be held over 2,000 Comic Book stores around the country. More than four and a half million copies are expected to be distributed during the day, which aims to introduce newcomers to the genre.
